I didn't expect 0-all to cause an issue, it is hard to figure out the exact impact based on the definition of the setting, maybe next time, we can ask the person who reported the issue to also check. 🤔
Anyway, again LGTM but this time I am afraid I am missing something 🙈

Summary
This PR removes the
0-allsettings for auto expand replicas and remove the access:public to the SLO routes as this is not used anywhere else in kibana, and was causing issue with role permission...
