Problem

As part of the 8.5 release, we have conducted research and created mock-ups for the Mobile App health/usage overview page. The Purpose of this issue is to implement the first version of the re-designed service overview page for mobile apps and release it as Tech Preview (or Beta).

We should hide all the irrelevant information from the Service UX:

  • Hide the Errors table in the mobile APM agent's service overview page
  • Hide the 'Time spent by span type' chart in the mobile APM agent's service overview page
  • Hide the 'Instances latency distribution' in the mobile APM agent's service overview page
  • Hide the 'Instances' table in the mobile APM agent's service overview page
  • Hide the 'Errors', 'Metrics', 'Infrastructure' and 'Logs' tabs for mobile APM agents
  • Hide the 'Time spent by span type' chart on the 'Transactions' tab for mobile APM agents
  • Hide the 'Time spent by span type' chart and Top 5 errors table on the transaction details page

Updated the description to also remove Top 5 errors from the transaction details page. @boriskirov will the logs tab be removed from the trace waterfall as well?

[APM] Small design uplifts of the Mobile APM overview page (#144998)

## Summary

closes #144455 

In this PR we've updated some of the initial overview experience for
Mobile APM services by:
- rearranging the panels on the Overview page for improved mobile and
APM experience
- fitting all the Most used widgets into one panel, and rearranging them
- adding a callout for feedback
- adding a technical preview badge
- update the Embeddable component visual and size
