what about checking other aspects of the forecast like expected number of records (although this is just a number in a field and not the real forecast data)?

Since switching ML tests to use a 3 node cluster in #31757 there have been intermittent failures in
RestoreModelSnapshotITwhere the forecast status is notFINISHED. In what appears to be an overly cautious test there is anassertBusywaiting for status to change toFINISHEDthen the next line of code gets the forecast once again and assertsstatus== FINISHEDbut sometimes the status is not the same. This is due to searching on a replica that is not up to date with the primary. I've changed the search to a GET to ensure the latest is read. I also removed the redundant assertion, which somewhat negates the change.
