refactor(nx-plugin): rename autorun to cli executor

• refactor: structure verdaccio environment #805
• test(create-cli-e2e): use global-setup.verdaccio.ts in e2e tests and fix enabled test #808
• test(cli-e2e): separate e2e tests for lighthouse plugin #809
• refactor: derive NPM dependencies from implicit dependencies of e2e project #810

Renames the autorun executor to cli
