This is a breaking change in the Staking system, validators, especially those on the waiting list, should pay more attention. Until 20210601, there are over 20 validator candidates on the mainnet.
Previously, the active validators who are not in the top 50 are not required to run an authority node actually but still receive the Staking rewards. Once this PR is deployed on the mainnet, every active waiting validator must run an authority node and send the im-online heartbeat in time in order not to be slashed and earn rewards normally like before.
