Resolves brave/brave-browser#14248

post-init failed because of audit problem, not related to the PR. I verified it on Nightly v1.22.37 and it works as expected.

Uplift into 1.21.x approved after deliberating with @brave/uplift-approvers. QA has verified the PR on Nightly as per #8011 (comment) & #8011 (comment). @SergeyZhukovsky also verified the PR as per #8014 (comment).
