Description

• Weekly routine meeting held on Tuesday in the LAB (This time over Zoom).
• The fourth meeting of the semester.
• Preparation of Customer Milestone 1 and Demo

Agenda

• Going over the work done last week.
• Asking questions about milestone 1 to the customer.
• Talking about tasks done by each team, these tasks were reported to all group members.
• Planning next steps before Customer Milestone 1.
• Talking about deliverables and demo.

Discussion

• Backend Team explained what they did. They explained that authentication is implemented, login and signup endpoints are nearing completion. Talked about Dockerization&Deployment.
• Frontend and Mobile showed the prepared pages. Decisions were taken with fields that looked different on the Signup Page. Some fields will be removed, some will be added.
• For Sign Up, the birth date should be added to Frontend, and medical history should be added to mobile.
• The pages to be displayed for the demo were discussed.
• In mobile, it was decided to make the avatar static and to arrange the signup fields for 2 different user types.
• Frontend team can create a static page for pages after login and these can be used in the presentation.
• It has been decided to remove the Profile Page privacy constraint from the requirements.
• Talked about the estimated completion time for deliverables. The usefulness of the ProjectLibre application for Project Plan has been reviewed. It was decided to build through this application.
• A roadmap has been produced for how teams will combine their work. It is very important for the roadmap to milestone 1 that the deadlines of the actions are in this direction.
• Some ideas were generated about how the scenarios would be. It was found logical to go through 2 different scenarios on the basis of Member and Doctor.
• It was talked about code conventions and action was determined for each team.

Additional Notes

• It has been decided to wait for the next week's meeting for the Customer Milestone Group Review.
• It should be noted that one of the most important points is that the Mobile and Frontend login-signup pages are aligned.
• Should Scenario 1 and 2 have different pictures regarding web app and mobile app?
