I'm not putting up my team lead efforts up for compensation (~8% of my time) until proven  effective.

I'm still working on testing and finalizing Update to LTS Java version.

• macOS build is as it was before (testing notarization and signing setup right now)
• Windows build does work, but still needs UI customizations, handling of special character installation dir issue and signing task
• Linux builds are working as before (only deterministic jar generation and comparison has to be solved)

I'm testing the macOS additions right now and I hope we can soon get bisq-network/bisq#4242 into a mergeable state.
