The private packages (website, test-app) version numbers and dependency on
ember-file-uploadare being bumped. This causes the CI to fail after each release because a new lockfile was not generatedWe also want to keep the
workspace:*dependency since we're usingdependenciesMeta.injected.We're using
dependenciesMeta.injectedto get the best possiblepeerDependencyresolution:@ember/test-helpersto latest patch #894
