Description

On mobile, when I add a list block and choose the unordered option, the block settings (the start value and "reverse list numbering" options) can be changed but have no effect on the editor. They do set the right attributes in the resulting HTML though, since previewing these changes looks correct.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Add a list block and add some items
  2. Converted it to a numbered list (ordered list) using the toolbar button
  3. Tap its settings button (cog wheel)
  4. Set a custom start value for the numbered list
  5. Set the list to reversed

Expected behaviour

The number of the first list item should be the custom value entered in the block settings.
The list numbers should be reversed.

Actual behaviour

The editor contents remain unchanged after adding a custom start value and making the list reversed.
Note that the HTML contents (as seen in the HTML view or by previewing a post) seem correct, it's just that the editor doesn't reflect this.
