Describe the bug
When a category does not exist and you try to filter by it the block crashes.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have posts and/or pages assigned to categories
  2. Add a new page
  3. Add a LatestPosts block
  4. Try to write in the Categories filter random text and press ENTER
  5. Block crashes

Expected behavior
Nothing should happen if the category I typed does not exist or a message should be displayed.
