Support uploading snapshot to emerge
Description
Adds a new fastlane action to build the paywalls tester app and upload it to emerge. This isn't hooked up with CI yet because I wasn't sure if that needs to run in a GitHub action or something else. That will also require adding the emerge access token to the repository secrets
