some information present in the excel scenario sheets can't be represented with the ontology

Description of the issue

This is just a first list which informations I couldn't find in the ontology. The points have to be further looked at and decided if they should be implemented/ get their own issues.

• Potentials: theoretical, technical, economic, developable (potentials should get included in the oeo #481)
• Exogen/ endogen data? (include endogen/ exogen data #482)
• Sensitivities (Sensitivity analysis should be included in the ontology #483)
• secondary fuels (Add Primary, Secondary, and Final Energy to the ontology #390)
• Report document type (Include properties for study #473)
• Population, working population (Add term "Population" #479)
• Non-energy sectors: Land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF), agriculture, waste (Sector definitions #30)
• Type of sponsorship (Include properties for study #473)
• Economic data: gross domestic product (GDP), Gross value added (GVA) (Add gross domestic product #454, Add gross value added #455)
• Prices (we have cost, is that enough?) (We should add the term price to oeo-social #331)
• Target/ measure- driven scenario (related to implement target fulfillment for scenarios #28 and Add policies and (political) measures #444)
• Weather year, typical year, typical periods (include terms covering the temporal regions of the scenario analysis space  #474)
• International transport (include terms covering the spatial regions of the scenario analysis space #475)
• "Upstream chains outside the territory included?" (include terms covering the spatial regions of the scenario analysis space #475)
• Energy flows: primary-, final energy (Add Primary, Secondary, and Final Energy to the ontology #390)
• report (Project and Study are falsely classified as Reference #247)
• Nuclear, renewable fuels (part solved in There is no class Uranium #182 and Update wording of renewable definition #397)

@l-emele I'm not sure about "Sensitivities", should this be included in the ontology? I'm not sure whats meant with that
