Added more descriptions to Inputs
This ensures that this documentation ends up our documentation. NOTE: This currently needs the development version of LEMS and PyLEMS which permit child/children elements to have description attributes. Fixes #155
This is to check jLEMS parses unformatted LEMS files correctly. Reference: LEMS/jLEMS#95

This sets them up for importing the docs from the XML files using a script, which will indent and lint the files too. So linting them now will make it easier for us to see changes.
