Description
Direct the user to verify, earnings or payments tool and automatically add the grower to the filter. As I was working on this issue I ended up fixing #608.

What is the current behavior?
There isn't a link on grower detail to verify/earnings/payments tool. The filters in the payments tool were not working, neither the apply button nor the reset button.
What is the new behavior?
There is a link on grower detail to verify/earnings/payments tool and on those pages it automatically adds the grower to the filter. The filters are working now.
