Direct link from individual grower to the corresponding filter in the earnings tool

When slelecting one or (which would be an additional feature) many growers in the Grower tool it should be possible to directly get the link to the earnings/payment tool.
What is neede? Grower detail link to earnings tool,
Earnings tool link must be translated into the correct filter.

I'm really keen for us to implement a universal mechanism for us to cross-link to filtered views in other tools.
This is an excellent example, as is the ability to click the capture counts on Grower Details and see the captures in the Verify or Captures tool.

@henriquemoreiraa I didn't realise you were working on this issue. There's an issue dedicated to persisting filter params in the URL that @SuspenseFallback is working on: #915.
