  • Upgrade rules using the command $ _tools/rules-updater/update.sh 1.8.0.
  • Fixed the update script to make sure you can call the script from anywhere on the filesystem.
  • Exclude ci image golang:1.21-buster from matrix because it does not exist
  • Remove deprecated ubuntu 18 runner
