UHF-10555: Deprecated image style cleanup

UHF-10555

What was done

• Removed references to deprecated image style 3_2_m that will be removed. The helfi_node_news_item module is not turned on in this instance so this configuration doesn't update automatically. Why this is like it is might be something worth of investigating but it is not on the scope of this ticket.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
• make fresh
• Checkout this feature branch and make sure that helfi_platform config is running on correct branch.
  • git fetch && git checkout UHF-10555
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-10555
• Run make drush-cr drush-cim drush-updb

How to test

• Go to https://helfi-strategia.docker.so/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/admin/structure/types/manage/news_item/display/card_teaser and make sure that the main image is rendered entity rendered as Card Teaser.
• Check that code follows our standards.
• Check testing instructions for the platform configuration changes from the UHF-10555: Deprecated image style cleanup drupal-helfi-platform-config#856 PR.
