validate-bicep.yml -> Validates that the bicep will build
validate-build-bicep.yml -> Validates that bicep will build, and builds it, commits output to bicep branch.
bicepconfig.json -> Sets linting options for the bicep builder: the most aggressive options for all. Will fail on any catch.
