Description

Fix gh-r windows patterns that were missing "("

Motivation and Context

Remove syntax error

Confirmed that the old regexes were broken, and the new ones seem reasonable.

Not sure if we care about keeping the alphabetization. I could go either way (logical grouping or alphabetical grouping). Up to you.

@alichtman, I've been going back and forth between both groupings.

Added a comment to document it.
