Removed following tests from the description and are now tracked by different issues listed inline:

  org.yb.pgsql.TestPgRegressYbStat.testYbStat
  org.yb.pgsql.TestPgYbStat.testYBMultipleConnections
  org.yb.pgsql.TestPgYbStat.testYbTerminatedQueriesOverflow
  org.yb.pgsql.TestPgYbStat.testYBDBFiltering

TestPgRegressPgMiscIndependent#testPgRegressPgMiscIndependent is fixed by my diff https://phorge.dev.yugabyte.com/D39066.
