I was setting up a dev environment on my new computer (bye bye NCSA laptop) and accidentally pushed to this repo on a branch to set up this PR. Sorry about that! Won't happen again on this machine :) |

Assuming this table on wikipedia is correct, we are currently using the 2010 CODATA value. Let's update this to use the 2014 CODATA value.
