Edit: @plinss notes that the last editor's draft was January 2018, so presumably we're looking at changes since then.

@alice Yes, please include all the changes since the HTML5.2 REC. @sideshowbarker is also working on a report on the implementation status of these changes.

We broke this into a number of sub-issues covering changes in various areas, and over the last few months we've reviewed one sub-issue at a time. Today we finished our last review, so I'm going to close this. Thanks for bringing this to us!
