There should be no other computed layout or style changes to the content as a result of these changes.
Equivalent to 30f48ae which makes the same changes to the non-EBU-TT-D-conformant previous versions of these files.

Fixes #3 and addresses #4 by making the tests EBU-TT-D conformant where possible and adding XML comments where content is not compatible with EBU-TT-D or specified versions of IMSC.
