fix: add support for vsan file services (#95)

Added support to `PowerManagement-ManagmentDomain.ps1` and `PowerManagement-WorkloadDomain.ps1` for vSAN File Services to be excluded from customer virtual machines. Signed-off-by: Jared Burns <[email protected]>
