While fixing #108 I realized that the current creation / recreation / premade instance injection needs a refactor.

The changes are basically already done, but I need to thoroughly test instance injection with all components, currently only Mesh was extensively tested.

This refactor will also close #108 and tackle #113 which is a general issue / improvement.
