Handle some errors

• Fix bug in adb push progress reporting, Cannot read property 'split' of undefined ubports-installer#1580.
• Handle fastboot set_active oem lock error, FAILED (remote: 'Fastboot command (set_active:) is not allowed when locked') ubports-installer#1556
• Address Sort out file guards in promise-android-tools ubports-installer#1575 by not spawning a shell. That way we do not need to worry about spaces in paths. Hopefully.
