Major Changes

Initial release of next version. In summary includes:

• Removal of handlebars as a dependency.
• MDX2 support as standard (🙏 Make typedoc-plugin-markdown works with MDX2 #305, Left angle bracket not escaped, causes parsing error with mdx #252).
• Exposes additional output file options (Whether typedoc can generate Markdown files according to the directory structure #353, Embed all objects under a Module/Namespace onto single page #338, Directory structure improvements #328, Hierarchy based folder structure #307).
• Several UI improvements.
