QuaranTunes currently manually sends out donation emails to the students who had lessons during the week by exporting their email addresses from Picktime and then sending the donation emails manually (via the BCC field).

Tutorbook should send those donation emails automatically right after each lesson. From Julia Segal:

Add donation email link (forward him donation email) - two different emails (one after first lesson, one if you're a recurring student). Embed testimonial/feedback forms

One email should be sent to new students (whose last lesson was their first):

Hello,
Thank you for continuing lessons with us and for your continuous support! If you are enjoying your lessons, we would really appreciate it if you would be willing to give a testimonial! If so, please email us. We are offering free access to an activity book from Solnote, a nonprofit that helps under-priveleged children gain a music education. Just for choosing to take lessons through Quarantunes, you get exclusive access to this book, which includes beginner activities for many instruments. The password to access this activity book is SOLNOTE2020.
This is just a reminder that every donation makes a difference. All of our donations will be accepted through this link: https://donate.savethemusic.org/campaign/quarantunes/c306713 . Thanks to your generosity, we have raised over $30,000 for the CDC foundation to support COVID-related efforts. We have decided to switch our charity to the Save the Music Foundation, a national organization that partners with local communities and school districts to provide instruments, invest in music technology, help teachers with curriculum and professional development, and generally support music education in public schools. With your help, we can give thousands of kids across the country exposure to music in the same way that many of our teachers were first able to do.

Thank you so much and we will keep in touch with you regarding future lessons.

Best,
Hannah Schendel

A different email should be sent to returning students (who have had lessons in the past):

Hello,

QuaranTunes thanks you for continuing lessons with us and for your continuous support!

If you are enjoying your lessons, have learned something new, or have something good to say about your teacher, we would love to hear all about it! You can submit a testimonial about your experience with us at this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScz8Nvh4Jc9OvYXVJPd4QdffTXxzIxiXqEWOUZAZfmP05E9gA/viewform.

This email is just a reminder that we appreciate each and every donation. Our teachers are busy high school and college students, who take time out of their weeks to provide your child with a music education for free. If you are in the position to donate, we ask for a suggested amount of $15-40 per hour long lesson. (A lesson of a similar caliber from an adult can cost upwards of $100 for the same amount of time). If you appreciate the services that we offer, a donation to our cause is the best way to say thank you! All of our donations will be accepted through this link: https://donate.savethemusic.org/campaign/quarantunes/c306713 .

(We also know that this is a very turbulent and uncertain time for many people! If you are not able to donate, we completely understand, and hope that you will continue to enjoy and spread the word about our lessons).

Thanks to your generosity, we have raised over $45,000 for Covid relief efforts and, more recently, for the Save The Music Foundation. With your help, we can give thousands of kids across the country exposure to music in the same way that many of our teachers were first able to do.

Lastly, QuaranTunes is offering all of our clients exclusive access to the SolNote (embed https://www.thesolnote.com/) musical activity book! It has beginner activities for many different instruments, and is a fun way for your child to learn something new about music while not in their lessons. To access the book, use the password SOLNOTE2020.

Thank you again for your support, and feel free to reach out to us at any time with any questions or concerns. The QuaranTunes team is here for you!

Best regards,
Hannah Schendel

I'll probably want to shorten those ☝️ and embed clear CTA buttons for leaving teacher reviews as well.

Moving this from #163 because this should trigger after the meeting as well:

We should send a reminder email to the parent/volunteer to make their meetings recurring. That email should simply have a CTA button that'll automatically make it recurring (showing the meeting open in a loading state in their calendar page).

We should trigger that email after the meeting has occurred.
