cc, g++, gcc: add Tamil translation

In https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr/blob/main/contributing-guides/translation-templates/common-arguments.md we have the Tamil translation கோப்பு for path/to/file. Should we use this or your version?

கோப்பு/டு/மூல1.c would become file/to/source.c and but in this case, we are using path to source, because path means பாதை, and கோப்பு means file. As mentioned in Link , in this case I think path to source would better align with the main pages.

Source means மூல in Tamil so I had used பாதை /க்கு / மூல1.c , I will update this to பாதை /டு /மூல.c for better readability.

Yeah, I think it would be better to update it. @marchersimon

As அடைவு means directory only and not path\to\directory and கோப்பு means file only not path\to\file . So we might need to update these 2 commands and the existing referring pages. Also, In some pages like this one they use அடைவிற்குப்/பாதை which is the right word for path/to/directory.

Suggestions:

1. Update path/to/directory from அடைவு toஅடைவிற்குப்/பாதை.
2. Update path/to/file from கோப்பு to something like பாதை/டு/கோப்பு(path/to/file) or கோப்பின்/பாதை (file\path).
3. We can apply the changes to 3 rd command/column to பாதை/டு/கோப்பு_அல்லது_அடைவு from கோப்போ/அடைவோ. Edit: I am not sure about this 3rd one, as it is mentioned path\to\file_or_directory so I need to figure out a way to merge the above 2 words. Figured it out 🙂
