The language status summary should go immediately before the releases section.
The WIP status was referring only to README file; Now it also extends to man files.

I translated the README to portuguese; I believe it is understandable to lusophones in general. If there's another portuguese speaker here (preferably not from Brazil), please help reviewing my translation :)
For now, I can't stay online on IRC channel, I left the warning in README.
