Some shapes have no fill or stroke. These are effectively useless and should be removed. This PR does that.
* This is currently on by default. Maybe it should be off? Apparently some SVGs do this to draw a frame because some editors don't know what a
viewBox

This mainly applies to icon sets like Tabler and MingCute, which do this to draw a frame. When these are embedded in websites the frame is completely useless.
