Update Strimzi to use Fabric8 6.5.0

Description

This PR updates Strimzi to use Fabric8 6.5.0. This brings different changes, so this change is targeting only Strimzi 0.35 to make sure nothing got broken.

• The deprecated calls in the test module are currently ignored. I would prefer to deal with them in a separate PR. If this is fine with the reviewers, issue will be opened before merging this.
• The LeaderElection mock test does not work against Kubernetes Mock Server in 6.5.0 and it is disabled. We have a proper integration test covering the same, so I think this is fine to keep it disabled and wait if it is fixed in Fabric8. If this is fine with the reviewers, Strimzi issue will be opened before merging this.
