After upgrading to Fabric8 6.5.0, the Kubernetes Mock Server stopped supporting Leader Election. This is covered in fabric8io/kubernetes-client#4965. Currently, the LeaderElectionManagerMockTest is disabled because of this. Once this is fixed in Fabric8 or in any replacement for the Kubernetes Mock Server, this test should be re-enabled. If this is not fixed in a reasonable time horizon, we should delete this test (the functionality is also tested in the IT test against actual Kubernetes cluster).
