Describe the bug
The menu tooltip is misaligned. It was caused by these styles committed in this PR.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to latest on next (this worked correctly in 5.3)
  2. Click on the menu in the sidebar
  3. See misaligned button above

Expected behavior
It is aligned correctly.

Yo-ho-ho!! I just released https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/releases/tag/v6.0.0-rc.2 containing PR #11469 that references this issue. Upgrade today to try it out!

You can find this prerelease on the @next NPM tag.
