NLBs require that the healthy and unhealthy threshold are equal so the UI only has one user input for this value. This is confusing for users as they expect to see healthy threshold and unhealthy threshold, like ALBs.
This PR adds a
HelpFieldto explain why the UI does not delineate between the healthy and unhealthy threshold.
