Contains the code and installation files for the Galaxy pipeline developed as part of SYBIL

What are all the directories for?

• install: scripts used to install the R scripts and the needed libraries into the Galaxy server
• man: Manual pages for the R scripts. One file per R script with name that matches the R script but with no extension
• src: Source code, R files in sub directories. XML generated by RGalaxy
• alt-src: Source code, R files in sub directories and corresponding xml files
• test: Test scripts for R scripts (with R extension)
• scripts: R and Python code to run the microarray and RNA-seq analysis and post-process the data for analysis
• workflows: Galaxy workflows for the pipeline
