Seems that the 3rd party service we rely on has changed a bit. Why do we relay on 3rd party service for this instead of simply using DNS queries and python-GeoIP?

It seems to be broken with specific addresses due to the fact that we rely on rscript (ew) to get the info.

I can implement the entire thing client-side, but it will require us to grow a dep on python-GeoIP and perhaps some custom code to look up in the WHOIS database to get ISP info.
