shutter wont work on raspberry pi os (bookworm) #628
Comments
Probably some dependencies are missing like libmoo-perl. If installing this doesn't help, please launch Shutter from terminal and post the output. If version 0.99.4 is not packaged for Debian 12, you can just download the tarball here, unpack it and run Shutter from the unpacked directory: https://github.com/shutter-project/shutter/releases/tag/v0.99.4 |
Having libmoo-peri installed, shutter still wont work rpi@raspberrypi:~ $ shutter at /usr/bin/shutter line 9038. INFO: gathering system information... Regarding the error in po2mo.sh: You are missing gettext as make dependency (only needed once for building). Regarding the actual issue: This should be fixed by #611 You can try https://github.com/shutter-project/shutter/archive/refs/heads/fix_wayland_crash_on_launch.zip |
Great, thanks for testing! The fix will enter Shutter's next release. |
