Deleting Annotations

Sometimes I need to delete annotations from AMS2 records, but hitting the "remove" button and saving the record doesn't actually get rid of the annotation. (happy to explain in Slack where I can send screenshots or screenshare or something) I'd very much appreciate if the annotation deletions would stick!

Here's the original ticket for the error when trying to delete an annotation. To reproduce:

1. Go to a record (for example: cpb-aacip-512-4x54f1nc04)
2. Press edit
3. Navigate to annotations drop down
4. Remove an annotation
5. Press Save

Expected result: annotation is removed
Actual result: annotation still there!

Could be related to WGBH-MLA#577 - we should check to see if #139's solution solves this as well
