BUG: Cannot delete contributions from Edit Asset interface

Describe the bug
When trying to remove contributor data from the Edit Asset interface, it lets you remove it from the UI, but the removal does not persist: when you go back to the Edit Asset interface, all the contributors you removed are still there.

To Reproduce
Try to remove Contributions from an Asset. I tested this on Demo to verify.

Expected behavior
As a repository manager
I can remove Contributor data from an Asset
because duh.
