Cleaning up Scala versions, keeping one for 2.11.* two for 2.12.*, an… #536

Fixing the set of Scala versions we support based on previous discussion. The general rule of thumb we try to follow is:

  • two minor versions per each Scala major version
  • except for 2.11, which we just keep the latest.

So currently after #527 that evaluates to:

  • 2.11.12
  • 2.12.13
  • 2.12.14
  • 2.13.5
  • 2.13.6
