This seems to have some sort of prevalence in Rio de Janeiro. ping @corneliusroemer it cannot compete but a 3% in the area where it emerged. |

Brnach 2 is still 8 and seems slowed. i ve reopened it to track for a while more. only two sequences from November tough. |
Many new sequences from Branch 2 don't have C27442T. |

Branch 1 becomes 44, 12/24=50% in Amazona, Brazil's 1/17 batch. In 11/29 batch it was 7/47=15% |
Branch 1 it is also 50% in December samples from Amazonas while it was 6/27 from October 1 to November 30 |
