GJ.1.2 sublineage gained S:N450D ( 5 sequences South Korea , US, Singapore, France ) #446

I spotted a little cluster of three sequences of GJ.1.2 with S:N450D in three different far countries so i think it is worth proposing it immediately also keeping in mind that GJ.1.2 with just S:P521S as RBD mutations has been able to compete very well with other fast lineages with more RBD mutations pointing to a likely superior intrinsic fitness.
S:N450D is predicted to be slighty advantageous for ACE2 binding :

Interestingly the sequence from South Korea gained S:T478R further.
