What If Your Credit Card Payment for CoCalc Fails

What should you do if your payment for a CoCalc subscription failed because of a problem with your credit card, and then the issue was resolved or you got a new credit card?

  1. If you got a new card, enter that card in your CoCalc Account settings under the tab for Subscriptions/Course Packages in the "Payment methods" section.

  2. Then wait. No further action is needed. We will automatically try at least 3 times over several days before giving up.
