The book rides the Rust release trains. The link is fixed on https://doc.rust-lang.org/beta/book/ , so https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/ will be fixed with the next stable Rust release. |

This fixes the broken URL to the No Starch Press version of the book, which is broken on the title page and in the introduction.
