@wjwwood what's the status of this?


See the above README for tracing to individual tutorials.

**Note**: At present, the ROS2-specific instructions reference back to ROS1

@EricCousineau-TRI consider using a ..note:: directive instead.


The ROS1 RViz tutorials are presently being ported from ROS1 to ROS2:

Since it has a requirement in the original post, I was ignoring it until that is resolved.

Given how long this has been open, and the fact that it has conflicts, and the fact that it will be pretty easy to recreate, I'm going to go ahead and close this out. Once we get to a point where the visualization tutorials are ready to go for ROS 2, we can reopen.
