More work in the direction of #752 .

Apparently after this change the Windows build takes more than 6 h. Probably it is a good idea to do this only after we also packaged blf on conda-forge: https://github.com/robotology/robotology-superbuild/runs/8196943925 .

macOS failures are indipendent from the PR, as they are related to #1250 .

Converted to draft until we have also blf on conda-forge (blocked by conda-forge/staged-recipes#20432 and conda-forge/staged-recipes#20429).

Converted to draft until we have also blf on conda-forge (blocked by conda-forge/staged-recipes#20432 and conda-forge/staged-recipes#20429).

We finally have the bipedal-locomotion-framework package on conda-forge, we can resume working on this.

Packages and meta-packages are correctly generated for macOS, Windows and Linux. This fix #1249 (comment) .

Let's build so we can run a job to generate packages and fix #1296 .
