Create an overview page that lists all RSD communities.

The overview page should be similar to news/organisation overview (see images)
The order should be on software count (DESC), name (ASC)
Two view options: card / list
Search on name & short_description(?)
Options for 12/24/48 items (as on other pages)
Pagination at the bottom of the page only
SSR & support for users with disabled JS
Card info:
- Logo
- Name
- Short description
- Software count
No verification icon (see organisation example)
No country info
No project count
