Remove WithConsecutiveArgToArrayRector as various upgrade paths possible

This rule had an ambition to upgrade PHPUnit deprecation since PHPUnit 9 sebastianbergmann/phpunit#4564

There is no clear path, and it can result into not-working code. Instead this pieces should be changed manually depending on exact case.
